Boritex, Inc. was founded by Mr. Jose L. Ramos in 1978.

The name Boritex, Inc. is a combination of two places of importance to the company. Borinquen, (Bori) was the name given to the Island of Puerto Rico by its Indian inhabitants and is the birthplace of the company’s founder; Tex, (Texas) was derived from the State where the company began providing its services, Texas.

Boritex, Inc. has been providing Housekeeping, Maintenance, Packaging, Food Product Disposables, Paper and Plastic Goods as well as Services to a wide variety of businesses in the Medical, Retail, Industrial and Private industries all over the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex area in Texas.
